SECURITY DEPOSIT
It’s compulsory to leave a security deposit of 250,00€ by credit card. It will be returned within a week from departure. In case of any damage occurred in the apartment or at the furniture or at the tools provided, it won’t be returned.
The apartment must be left in a decent state: separate waste collection must be respected.
If the apartment is left in an indecent state an amount of 70,00€ will be withdrawn.
