On your arrival at BeSuite, we invite you to check in at our reception, where our hosts will welcome you with a smile. For check-in, an identification document and a credit card are required, which is necessary for the deposit (details below). Once registered, we will give you the magnetic card to get into the premises (gate, main door and front door). By inserting the magnetic key into the dedicated slot inside your apartment, you will activate the electricity and comforts of BeSuite.

During the summer season (June 1st-Sept. 15th) there is the tourist tax: an extra charge of 1€ per day per Adult (over 12) for the first seven days of your stay.

All year long: from 9am to 10am

Who doesn’t regret leaving? Especially if you’ve got used to all comforts offered by BeSuite. However, the apartment must be left before 10.00 am on the day of your check out. But if you wish to come back we’ll be more than happy to have you as our guest again (we’re open all year long).

To confirm the booking of a BeSuite apartment, advance payment of a deposit (standard or special rate) is required, to be made via bank transfer. Once the bank transfer has been made, we kindly ask you to send a copy of the document to info@besuiteapartments.com.

Standard rate
30% deposit on the price of the stay. Possibility of cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, with refund of the deposit. Validity: all year round.

Special rate for summer
Discounted rates on the price of stay during the summer season (from June to September). Check availability and conditions when booking.

To make you feel at home, we have chosen to equip our delightful apartments with quality technologies, utensils, furniture and furnishings. This is why we ask our guests - in a completely prudential way - for a deposit of €250 upon arrival, by credit card. This security deposit covers any damage. After departure, we do a small check of the apartment. If everything is ok, we will refund the sum of €250 to your credit card, within 7 days of check-out. We keep the deposit only in case of damage.

The quality of sleep is one of the features most appreciated by our guests (King Size mattress and soundproofed environments). Now, you should know that BeSuite is located inside a condominium where families and private individuals live permanently. Therefore, in order to guarantee everyone the best possible rest, we ask our guests to observe some precautions such as respecting silence at night (11pm-8am); closing the doors avoiding slamming them; keeping a decent volume of the television; avoiding noise at night; supervising your children.

During the summer season (from June to September), BeSuite offers you a free beach service: an umbrella and two sunbeds included in the price of your stay. Where? At “Chalet Spiaggia d'Oro 28”, right in front of BeSuite, just cross the seafront and you’re there. The spots on the beach are assigned by the beach establishment staff. Inside the chalet, you will find a small family-run restaurant, where you can taste excellent fresh fish dishes from the local seafood tradition.

We are ready to welcome (and spoil) your furry friend. BeSuite, in fact, is a Pet-friendly accommodation facility that can accommodate small or medium-sized dogs. “What if I have a large dog, a cat or a bunny?”. We reserve the right to accept or not other types of animals after a preliminary evaluation.

Unlike other accommodation facilities, we do not ask for any extra charge for the Pet Friendly service. We only ask that you to apply a few small precautions:

- respect the care and cleanliness of the apartment;
- avoid leaving your furry friend unattended;
- prevent the pet from causing disturbance;
- walk it out regularly to relieve itself;
- avoid using the shower of the apartment for its bath;
- use personal towels if the puppy sleeps on the bed;
- avoid using the apartment's linen for your furry friend.

We strive every day to guarantee a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in our apartments, with extra care to the environment and correct waste separation. That’s why, upon departure, we ask our guests to leave the rooms clean, separating waste in the appropriate bins. If, after check out, the apartment is particularly dirty, untidy or with a lot of animal hair, we reserve the right to withhold the sum of € 70, deducted from the deposit paid upon arrival.

BeSuite has some parking spaces in the basement of the building. Since the number of parking spots is much lower than the number of apartment, we must first check availability. This is why we ask you to specify your parking space request - at the time of booking - in the "Special requests" box in the booking form.

The cost of the parking space?
€ 12 per day (from June to September).
€ 8 per day (from October to May).

Those who wish to smoke can do it outdoors, relaxing on their private balcony overlooking the beautiful views. Each balcony is equipped with an outdoor table and ashtray, where you can put out your cigarettes. For safety and decorum reasons, we would appreciate if you do not throw cigarette butts off the balcony.
