Welcome from Paola, Adele and Massimo, siblings of the Carini family and hosts of BeSuite. We are pleased to greet you as guest in one of our twenty-one airy and bright apartments, furnished in Modern Liberty style. When we created BeSuite, our main vision was to give the best to our guests to make them feel “at home.”

We have provided our apartments with exclusive comforts, which are not easy to find in other holiday homes. Like a larger and more comfortable bed than usual, to lull your dreams. Or a shower with a large shower head, to regenerate you every time you return from the sea. A warm welcome for your faithful pets (welcomed and pampered). Or environments that smell clean, because they are rigorously sanitized (from the linen to the curtains). These are just some of the many exclusive comforts, included in the price of your stay, dedicated to you.

If you need advice during your stay, don’t hesitate to ask: we are at your support, with the utmost discretion. We can suggest excellent “friend-restaurants” – in San Benedetto del Tronto and surrounding areas – where you can eat at a decent price. If you then wish to undertake cycling routes (free use of the BeBike), nature excursions, or visit the charming villages of the marvellous and romantic Piceno area, we can recommend experiences and events not to be missed. Our reception is open from 1st June to 15th September, from 109.00am to 12.00pm and in the afternoon from 3.00pm to 6.00pm; from 16th September to 31st May only in the morning from 10.00am to 12.00pm. BeSuite is a holiday home. This means that there are no timetables to respect like in hotels (except for check-in/out). So you can enjoy your evenings at your best, without worries. BeSuite was born in 2017 from our passion and specialization in tourism, combined with a solid family tradition in hospitality (since 1972). The project reinterprets the Liberty style typical of the historic homes of San Benedetto in a contemporary key. BeSuite is a dream that comes from a single wish: to make you happy.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for a few days and I must say that I have rarely felt so cosy. Excellent welcome, flawless cleanliness, new and elegant furnishings and breathtaking views. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and it’s spacious, the mattress is super. In addition to all this, a lot of other very convenient services are also offered. If I come back in this area again I will certainly book here!

The apartments are right on the seafront, making it very easy to get to the beach. Excellent if you are traveling with small children, you don't need a car, everything is close and at a walking distance. The apartment is tastefully furnished and really comfortable. In the small kitchenette there is all you need to prepare your meal for the family just like at home. The business is managed by helpful and very kind people.

This place really fulfilled our expectations. A real suite for rent, without timetables to respect like in a hotel. Availability of a comfortable parking place. The apartment is at a walking distance from the centre right by the seaside close to the main night life clubs. Super comfortable king size bed! The two ladies who run it are particularly kind. Strongly recommended for a totally relaxing holiday.

A corner of paradise... we stayed at the end of August with our dog and had a great time. Fantastic apartments, gorgeous view, the sea is just at a stone's throw away and very kind and helpful owners. We will definitely go back to this corner of paradise.

Seafront location and beautiful sea view from the terrace from which you can admire the sunrise. Large spaces, huge double bed (we slept comfortably with a small child between us), large shower, small kitchen but fully equipped with fridge, dishes, dishwasher, hob and microwave. Very kind staff.

The building and the apartments have been recently renewed, functional, very clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Added value and much appreciated are the city bikes available to customers complete with child seats, this service allowed us to enjoy the entire seafront in optimized times. If you're wondering if there's any nitpicking... there isn't! Highly recommended!

Just crazy...beautiful...elegant, super clean and modern....the list is long 🙂 We have been going there for 3 years and I must say that the facility is crazy, a small oasis of peace in San Benedetto which I must say is at the top among the seaside resorts for families. Mrs Paola, what can I say, an entrepreneurial legend with whom I can willingly exchange a few words... I could write endlessly about the merits of this place but I'll just say that it's worth it... for me the sea means relaxation and the BeSuite is relaxation!!! See you soon!
